Continuous blasting machines for metal sheets and steel profiles

• Uniform bilateral blasting of sheets and profiles on the roller conveyor
• Inner lining of the blasting chamber, plus blades and other parts of blast wheels are made from wear-resistant materials
• Antechambers installed on entrance and on exit of blasting chamber are equipped with a row of several consecutive curtains made of wear-resistant rubber. These curtains prevent the shots from escaping the blasting chamber.
• Cleaning and recycling of shots
• Efficient exhausting of dust from chambers, filtration of exhausted air
• Air-blast cleaning and sweeping of the remains of dust and shots from the blasted products surface
• Optical detector monitors the presence of workpieces in the blasting chamber and gives impulses to feeding valves. When the workpiece arrives in the blasting chamber the feeding valves open. When leaving the blasting area, the process is automatically stopped.
