Continuous shot blast machines with belt conveyor are suitable for example for concrete products (such as interlocking pavement).

Standard equipment:

• Uniform blasting of cement products on a perforated rubber belt
• Inner lining of the blasting chamber, plus blades and other parts of blast wheels are made from wear-resistant materials
• Antechambers installed on entrance and on exit of blasting chamber are equipped with a row of several consecutive curtains made of wear-resistant rubber. These curtains prevent the shots from escaping the blasting chamber.
• Cleaning, separation and recycling of blasting material
• Efficient exhaust removal of dust from chambers, filtration of exhausted air
• Air-blast cleaning of the blasted products surface which removes remains of dust and shots
• Optical detector monitors the presence of workpieces in the blasting chamber and gives impulses to feeding valves. When a workpiece arrives in the blasting chamber the feeding valves open. When leaving the blasting area, the process is automatically stopped.
