The tumbling shot blasting machine is suitable for blasting of middle and small parts.

Parts are free loaded on the perforated endless belt in a shape of a trough. The movement of the belt and the transverse strips, which the belt is equiped with, ensure a carefull rolling-over and mixing of parts in such a way that all parts are touched with stream of blasting material on their whole surface.

Parts are put in the cabin through the door which are controlled with chains. Unloading of parts proceeds by switching-over the run of the belt to the oposite direction.

Turbine is placed in the upper part of the blasting cabin. The cabin is lined with a special wear-resistant manganese plate. The used blasting material falls throug the perforation of the endless belt into the collection funnel on which walls the blasting material slips directly to the bucket elevator. The elevator carries over the blasting material into the separator. The cleaned blasting material falls into the storrage bin, from which it is released back to the turbines through the dosing valves.

The whole device is appropriately secured, so that the blasting material does not escape during the cycle or when the machine is switched off.

The blasting cabin and the separator is connected with an dust-exhaustion system and an automatic dust collector which meets the ecological requirements.
