The table shot blast machines are simple machines suitable for blasting of simple workpieces especially of those which is not possible to blast in hung position. Versality of table shot blasting machines enables use these machines in small workshops with various prodution programmes. The machines can be equiped wit one or with two tables.

Parts to be blasted are laid on the rotary perforated table which is covered with wear-resistant material. The table rotates and exposes all visible sides of workpieces to the blasting blast wheels. The machine is equiped with a systém of recycling and cleaning of blasting medium. The shot blast machine is connected with an dust collector.

Standard equipment:

• blasting cabin with a rotary table covered by segments of manganese steel
• double door forms a part of ceiling of blast cabin, it enables to lay the workpieces on the table by a crane
• blast wheels with blades and lining from hardened wear-resistant cast iron
• protective wear-resistant lining of the cabin
• cleaning (separation) and recycling of blasting medium
• dust-exhausting and filtering device, exhaust piping
• switchboard

Blast machines can be equiped with frequency changers of blast wheel speed, servomotors for regulation of blasting medium flow, sensor for detection of blasting medium level and with other equipment.
