Delivery and payment condition

Delivery and payment conditions are agreeed depending on the type of machine. If the client wishes financing of the machine through a leasing company can be arranged by us.

Service

Guarantee on all equipment and parts according to their producers and according to the valid guarantee conditions is provided. Warranty and post-warranty service is guarantied within 48 hours of reporting a defect. Installation, putting into operation and training of operators is a matter of course as a part of delivery. We offer to clients the possibility of demonstration and testing of the machine on their own products.

Spare parts

To safeguard the long-time effective operation of by machines and equipment we provide not only guarantee and post-guarantee service but we also sell spare parts. The spare parts which wear out quickly are held on stock. In urgent cases, we are able to obtain the needed spare parts from the producer in a very short time. We lay great emphasis on quality of products, but also on individual approach to clients, flexible solution to problems and short delivery terms.
