Hook type shot blast machines

The hook type blast cleaning machines are suitable for cleaning of all simple or complex parts which can be treated in a hanged possition.

Blasted workpieces can be hung up individually or in a group on a pendant rotary hook. During the cycle, the material simultaneously rotates and moves in front of turbines. These movements together with the thrown blasting medium from appropriately built-in blast wheels ensure uniform blasting of the surface of products. Machines are equipped with a recycling system. The fallen beads are led by the rotary scraper conveyer, screw conveyor or on the sloping bottom to the elevator which lifts them into the cleaning system. The cleaned and sorted beads are drained from the storage bin back to the blast wheels through pneumatically controlled valves.
The whole device is appropriately secured, so that the beads do not escape during the cycle or when the machine is switched off.
The entire interior of the cabin and the cleaning system is connected with an automatic ecological filter with ventilator.
